Best M3 Lease Deal

Hello,

I'm looking for the best M3 e92 lease deal out there. With little money down. What did everyone else pay?

I got a offer for a executive card (Demo) for 2000 out of pocket and 725 + tax monthly.
I want to buy in April... Help!

More info please; e.g. term (36-month???), mi./year (10k, 12k, 15k????), selling price (money off asking price?), MF and residual? Without that info, nobody will be able to tell you if $2k OOP, $725/mo. is a good lease deal or not.
