Exhaust sounds surprisingly excellent from the factory. Turbos sound good too. I'm impressed.

I like it. It sounds pretty good and for a stock car. The turbo sounds pretty loud which I like. But I'll still wait for the new M3. That's why I sold all my cars lol.

...funny the pop out cup holders were a neat thing to me, clean design. The work fine with reasonable portion size vessel... like a high ball

I guess its just me, I thought the engine sounded awful, a bit weak and whiney.

The exhaust on the other hand sounded pretty nice, almost out of character for the car.

The exhaust sounded great, just needs a bit more volume. I wonder if it has a resonator like the one that E90s have that many of us have removed. E92s come stock without it. It's like they want the sedan to be more sedate.

I agree the intake sounded aweful, but the exhaust was nice, almost too much for an "executive car." Is this exhaust tuned for the sportline with sport transmission or for all lines?

Exhaust sounds good but the turbo+engine sound a bit like a cat or a lawn mowing device!

Love the stock exhaust note and the turbo whine. I love how it crackles after revving. I didn't expect it to be that loud but bravo BMW for proving me wrong

I was wondering the same thing and scrutinized the ordering guide. It does not say anything about the exhaust being different on sport line vs. luxury or modern. I guess we will see.

WELL I'm officially hooked on the F30 after hearing that.
The turbo sounds great and I like how you can constantly hear it . I bet that's Going to turn some heads and That exhaust sounds crisp. It surprised me tho, from the factory with those vocal cords.
A short shift kit definitely seems necessary

BMW, like always , +1

I guess you either love the sound of turbos or hate it. Personally I don't like it, but apparently some do.

Exhaust sounds good. I thought I heard waste gate rattle from the engine - sounded a bit tinny.
