Seeking German language assistance
So we all drive and/or ride the finest German iron available. I have a off-the-wall question about the German language and hope someone in this distinguished assemblage can help. I know that "Three" is "Drei", but what is its case? If I want to talk about "the Three" as in the 3-Series is it der, die, or das Drei? If one queries Google's language translation service, English to German produces "die Drei". But German to English translates both "der Drei" and "das Drei" to "the Three".
Can somebody assist with this question? Vielen dank, /Lee

You should post this question in the Regional Forum – Europe (Continental).

if you look around, it looks like the entire site just refers to each series by "3er, 6er, etc." so maybe that would help.. yeah i really dont know, haha |
