Exclamation Please Help...HIP HMO vs Cigna Choice

Hi all, I needs to make a fast decision on which insurance pan to get for my wife and I. I have 2 choices that I picked out:
1) HIP (HMO)-no deductible, $25 copay per office visit, $82.50 (2 people)
2) CG Choice-$1500 deductible individual, $0 copay per office visit, $46.94 (2 people)

I know there are more details to these plans, my wife and I are both 27 years old, we barely go to the doctor, maybe once an year for reg check ups, but my wife will get a laser surgery (spider veins on her leg) done soon.

I know HIP is better BUT cost more, but will I save more $$$ if I get Cigna choice?

Thanks so much!
