that's nuts. i love madden and socom, but i would not pay $1 to acquire the top ranked player account. what am i going to do, brag in the lobby that i'm #1?

I used to sell Nitto1320 accounts all the time. Probably made over $1,500 on ebay. People buy all kinds of things lol

People do buy these accounts...it's actually quite common. Apparently you have no concept of the time and effort it takes to get that gear - probably close to over a year.

Not to mention if you are not in a guild (group) that knows what they are doing you will never get it. It takes 40 people that know what they are doing to get this stuff and even then it take hours and hours of attempts on some encounters. I sold my mage over a year ago for $1000, it sold within 3 hours of listing it on ebay.

Used to be an avid gamer... I sold my WoW account for just over 6 grand (had a grip of gold), several AC accounts for 500ish, DAoC and FFXI account for around a grand. Don't recall what I sold my L2 account for...

Everquest delayed my college a couple years - I was making on average 5 grand a month as a young kid selling money.
