Another gun-free zone?

Be careful out there, get some training, carry a gun.

I am REALLY wanting to pick up an M&P .45. I love my HK45C and both my 1911s.

I find myself getting rid of all my pistols in .40. I'll never sell my G23 but I am almost exclusively a 9mm/.45 guy now.

Two beauties right there. Can't go wrong with Springfield and HK.

Not yet. Ordered a Crimson Trace Rosewood laser grip and couple of Wilson Combat mags. I will zero the laser and function test the mags in one range trip. Feed it with FMJ and JHP.

I started with Glock and Ruger and finally settled on these two firearms. Finally found them! I got bit by a 1911 bug.

I've actually added to my .40's, got 2 of em' now, added a P226 to go along with a full-size Storm. The 226 is a classic pistol, the Storm is simply a lovely expression of industrial design. My everyday carry is a Talo/Colt 1911 lightweight Officer's Commander......in my view it's just a good idea to have a 1911 nearby.

Cheers

Beautiful Colt, Oregon.

The P226 is definitely a classic. I just recently sold my P229R chambered in .40 S&W. The pistol performed flawlessly but as I mentioned previously, I had been shooting my 9mm pistols (M&P 9 Shield, Walther PPQ, G26) and .45 pistols (Ed Brown Kobra, Springfield TRP, HK45C) much more than my G23 and P229.

I would love to own another Sig someday. Ideally a West German Sig.

Here is my range time. FMJ and HP fed good. No FTF/FTE with Wilson Mags. Target set at 10 yards. I use Winchester PDX1 middle target and the rest are FMJ.

Bought a Glock 19 a couple of years ago and became a member of the Scottsdale Gun Club. I try to hit the range at least once a month if my work schedule cooperates.

How do you like the PPQ? Really wanted a P99, but this is also on the top of my list for my next gun. Never shot either, but dry fire trigger pull is so crisp.

Haven't been to the range in a little over a month due to uber long days and a crappy schedule where I don't get home until around midnight or later. Man, am I rusty (for a rookie)...I kept breaking down w/ the CZ and left with the XDM. I got better as time went by but I still seemed to be worse off than before. The CZ was so much easier to shoot after going back to it from having fired off 100 rounds of 45ACP, though.

I am satisfied to know, however, that I would be able to successfully defend my home and self should I ever be attacked by little gnomes. At 6-8yds, they would go down with extreme prejudice (http://www.targetz.com/targetzlib/20039.pdf). I heard the guy a couple of lanes down chuckle when I put out the 1st target (after a "WTF?"). I would post up the aftermath targets, but it looks like I accidentally threw them out w/ my other targets upon leaving the range.
