Did a little photoshoot of Donnatella (my Ducati 1098) today here in Topsail Island, NC. Photobucket killed the picture quality, but you guys get the point......

Nah, it's not worth it to upgrade from a 1098 to an 1198, aside from a couple extra HP that I can count on two hands which i've already made up for with my Termignoni exhaust and power commander, the bikes are identical.

The 1198S on the other hand, THAT is worth upgrading to because of the traction control. If the standard 1198 had TC then hell yeah, but unfortunately it doesn't.

In my opinion yes. I started with a 600cc bike and I ate pavement lol. Start on a 250 and when you can master it switch to a bigger bike because if you take a spill and end up in the hospital your mom will find out you have a bike
