New Year in Vegas

Just wondering if anyone's been to Vegas for New Year and if so, is it as crazy as I heard it is/was/would be? Obviously if it's too packed it would be hard to go anywhere.

I went 2 years ago, I had 2nd row seats to the liddell ortiz fight then partied it was fun!

I was in Vegas back in September and it was showing no signs of an economic slump. Keep in mind Vegas is where people go to forget about there problems and make some bad decisions.

im staying at venetian and partying at tao...anyone else? btw its going to be crazy there, this would be m 4th nye vegas trip and its packed each time

I was at vegas about a month ago (not new years but nonetheless) and I ended up drunk and naked in the Venitian fountain, set off a fire alarm, and woke up with a sore dick and 2 random fat girls in my room but at the same time my roommate (a dude) is crying about having a sore ass...I guess we'll never find out what happened.

vegas on new years = the shit son! there will be tens of thousands of people lining the strip. it's a great time, more fun than new york. wish i was going to be there this year, but i'm going to CES a few days later so i'll be in vegas then.

Tao is pretty cool, if you like that "I am white but I pretend to know about asian religions because its what all the movie stars are doing" type of setting.

And also, if you got no female with you, better get there FUCKING early, after a certain time, they won't let you in unless you can provide at least 1:1 ratio. unless you know somebody.

lol..good little tidbit there..didn't know they discriminate against us wieners...lol...that's so wrong..

but i am bring my girl so we're 1:1, and i think i can blend in ok..i'm asian...

on the other hand, any other place, i.e family type...i have my little niece with me too, but she's with her mom (my sis)? thanks!

its snowing in vegas right now. LOL

vegas for NYE, did it once and never again. the strip is so packed. it'll take you an hour to walk what would normally take you 15 mins. the clubs are super packed and super expensive. some have a $200 cover listed. not sure if thats changed but thats what i saw a few years back.

cool to experience but i will never do it again.
