wtf! this came out of no where! this looks like it was based off that ugly retro concept in reddish copper color that came out a few months ago... that sketch is crazy... this looks like a complete leap in a brand new direction of design... aka 'POST BANGEL ERA' hopefully it remains in a BMWs class.. but still setting standards that others will try to soon follow... i'm excited... if this is a 4dr 6er... well holly smokes.. they beat Mercedes.. Mercedes was trying to 4dr the CL or one of their sports cars (as if the CLS wasnt enough).

oh and..
the wheels suck... one thing is for sure.. this WILL most certainly have an M badge/engine in it at some point... I CAN'T wait to see what the front and rear really look like!!!

hmm... they could be testing on this some new design cues, like that front grille that looks a mix of mustang and mitsubishi evos.

I really do not know what to think about it. I though the concept was a sports car like M1 Hommage or Gina, that was going to be "clean", with small turbo charged engines, hybride and lightweight. But this seams to be a 4 door coupé, so why call it "Z"? And we allready had a 4 door coupé concept, the CS, a supercar concept, the M1 Hommage, and a "Z" concept the Gina, so whats is the sense of making again such a car concept? I thought it would be the Z2, but it seams to be the 6 GT (CLS and A7 rivale), look how big it is, what can there be "efficient" in it. Would not BMW present two concepts, a 4 door-coupé and a "green" sportcar?

Whatever it is, it should look great, I can't wait to see it.

lol yeah those were two different sketches i did at work when i got bored.

the bottom one is my X2 concept. the frontal surface area is waaay too tall, but there's no eraser on my mechanical pencil. the top sketch is...not sure...made the grilles too big though.

You could sue them for plagiarism. That way you can wheelde them out of an M version of this ...whatever this turns out to be
