Thumbs up Need a frame for my cocky ass plate...

Hey guys,

I recently put the plate "I NV ME" on my orange 2010 Camaro (I know, lol) and a couple people have read into it wrong (not that I didn't expect that). It was always intended to be a joke because everyone in my friends group is notorious for being extremely cocky. Unfortunately, random people on the road that don't know me end up just assuming that I'm a piece of shit with a ridiculous license plate (I would probably just laugh, but that's me). I get a good amount of laughter when people give me "the look", which has only happened twice, but I'd still like to maybe help lighten things up a bit and help people know its a total joke. I seriously don't think I'm better than anyone else. We just thought of the plate one day and I was like "that is so ridiculously cocky, I have to order it", hahaha. So, I figured that the best way to fix this would be through a custom license plate frame.

I've thought of a couple possibilities...

Top: Before vandalizing...
Bottom: Know it's a joke

Top: The cockiest plate
Bottom: KNOWN TO MAN

Top: I'm not a jackass...
Bottom: THIS PLATES A JOKE
(^ Probably wouldn't look good when I pick up the girlfriend)

Top: The plate lies...
Bottom: SERIOUSLY I'M BROKE

I know that this is a prime opportunity to screw with me, but try and keep it on topic here. If you guys have any ideas, feel free to throw them out here! Thanks.

If you don't like the plate then the best way to fix it is to order a different plate

Going to have to agree with the above statement.

Seeing the plate would make me feel sorry for you. Seeing it surrounded by a plate frame that is equally douche-y would make me want to bust out your window, drag you into the middle of the street and beat you up. *shrug*

get this in really small font:

I'm glad you envy yourself, because no one else would envy the driver of an orange Camaro.

Good luck to you and your car, that plate is asking for trouble

You've clearly never lived below the mason-dixon line, lol. And thanks. I've survived with it for a couple months so that's good...

I'd go with:

Top: The plate lies...
Bottom: SERIOUSLY I'M BROKE

Top: Before vandalizing...
Bottom: Know it's a joke

but I wouldn't get that plate to begin with

As with the general rule from Top Gear regarding cars..

The moment you have to explain or elaborate on it. It ceases being cool or funny.

Bro, I know EXACTLY what you're going through. I tried to get this plate for my 1990 Volvo 240, but it was unavailable:

if anyone's curious...those plates are unavailable because every state has an entire department hired (tax dollars at work) to make sure 'no' sexual references go through

You know what's funny... if you go to Cali's pick-a-plate program it clearly states in one of the bullet points that "69" will only be allowed on cars with a manufacturer year of 1969.
