please tell me he is not driving that on the street ! besides it being a fire waiting to happen he obviously has some mental disabilities and should not be driving anything.

I actually feel bad for the kid. He obviously has some type of mental disorder and I'm guessing this car is the closest thing to a friend he has.

you know what - half the people out there probably can't even achieve what he did.
