Very nice typical muscle car AMG exhaust, not very motorsport however, but that fits the high displacement torquy engine, it is not a screamer.

Over on the AMG PL forum (forum run by AMG Germany for AMG owners only), they announced the complete detailed specs. They asked not to post them anywhere (although I'm sure the info is out there now), but I can say this: the chassis is highly tuned and unlike any other previous AMG. Including coil overs.....

This BS is meant to be a bona fide track monster. Combine the new suspension with the throttle response of the high spinning NA 6.2 motor and I think it will be exactly that.

"The thundering M156 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 gets 510 horsepower and 457 pound-feet of torque here, in a car that weighs 44 pounds less than the coupe on which it is based."

"The price difference for the Black Series in Europe against the standard C63 coupe is a 35 percent hike. That should theoretically make the price for this in the U.S. somewhere around $90,000. Hover indeed. Optional packages include a track package and aerodynamic package, prices for which are still being determined."

For real.
A gorgeous car but if they made a sedan, i wouldn't think twice about buying it!

$90k for a 500+hp NA V8? Not to mention all the upgrades that have gone into it to differentiate it from the regular C63...I'd say that's a pretty fair price.

Ironic that this got bumped today, as I think I passed one on the highway on the way home.

Saw this one at the tint shop a few months ago (great work and service ). They let me snoop around it while they were working on it. It is far more aggressive looking than any M3/ISF/RS4.

Good review on his blog.

Saw one in person a few weeks ago. Definitely one mean machine but the $130k Canadian price tag scares many however, they were still sold out.

Agreed, track pack without the wing would be optimal!

Its great to love the car and all, but to deny that there are lots of resemblance between it and the accord coupe (especially from a side view) is selective acceptance IMO. It doesn't make the car any less desirable.
