Seriously move on it will be the best for you. Just an update from what I posted earlier. I came home yesterday and she is crying and tells me she feels horrible and doesnt know what to do because the new guy doesnt treat her as well as I did and she wants to break up with him but also doesnt want to hurt his feeling. We talked and I told her how she fucked up and walked out of the room not giving a fuck and went to sleep. Feels fucking amazing when you feel free and the other person wanting you back but you have no more feelings. Like I said it is the best you can do for yourself and I guess you can also call it fucking sweet revenge.

While i can't agree with Lios 100% i do know that one thing is true. You stop showing interest in her and she'll start missing your attention. Just lay off initiating any communication with her. Respond to her but be short and to the point, not mean. Even if she wants to hang out; you do that, but you had better be strong enough to keep it friendly and nothing more. Hell, even hang with her parents but don't talk about her at all. Just talk about how great things are in your life. That will get back to her. The more you act like it's not big deal the more she'll realize she made a mistake. But if you hang with her and you have sex with her or kiss her it's over. You can give her a hug like you're giving one to your aunt and you're allowed to let her blow you. NOTHING MORE.

You tell her the truth though, that you're not happy about this, but if that's what she wants that's fine with you. But you follow that up with, "i don't know where i'll be in 6 months and can't guarantee i'll be able to go back to the way things were."

Also, just because a girl is acting stupid doesn't mean she's not the one or marriage material. If this was true, none of us would be married.

Well said and thats what I am trying to do. The girl I was with I told her the exact same things and I was really into her. I really like how much she matured after I told her about those things. She really became like day and night which makes me want her back even more because how much in a good way she changed but I know deep inside I cant trust her not for awhile and maybe never. OP the more you feel bad the worse it gets. It wont change anything if you feel bad. If you feel confident and good and move on theres two options for you, she wants you and notices her mistakes and come back then you can chose to keep her or not. Second option is she doesnt come back and you wont feel bad at all because you already passed all the pain etc. However, one thing you have to be cautious about if she does come back and thats is did she really change and hold a guarantee that she wont do the same thing again? If she comes back dont treat her the same as before but be the you that you have become without her and that will make her want you more because she will have a stupid thought in her mind that the harder she tries the more you will become the you she knew previously.

If I was in your position, I'd probably bank or invest the $25K in order to prevent me wasting it, and get back on the scene asap. I agree with Litos. Wipe yourself down and go do some damage. Just do you and wait for her to realize she fucked up. At that point, see where you are in your life and judge if it is worth it to continue to be with her (if you are still single.) meanwhile, be respectful and polite about the situation and be cool with her parents.
