Not looking too good for a Romney victory......
This makes me so upset.
![]() http://www.270towin.com/ Probability of Reaching 270 Democrats 94% Republicans 5% Neither (Tie) < 1% http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes.com/ http://www.realclearpolitics.com/?state=nwa http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epo...bama-1171.html And early voting starts today in many states. The impact from the debates will be very small and will more than likely be positive to Obama. This lib is sleeping a little bit easier these days! ![]() But the dems need to NOT get complacent and get out the vote in November to ensure a victory for OBAMA!!! GOBAMA!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

It isn't over until it's over. Remember Regan/Carter and who won in the end

I've resigned to the thought that if Obama wins I will accept it and be glad that in 4 more years when the country is even farther in a shithole, the country may finally wake up (maybe even some of the hordes living generation-by-generation off of the government ) and realize that Obama-esque policies are NOT sustainable and healthy for the country.
Then again 40% of the moronic public will still be blaming republican policies and Bush. Is Romney as relatable and charismatic as Obama. Hell no he's not. While not perfect, are his policies and beliefs better for our country? I believe so.

Paul "Lyin' Ryan is another dope. He is quoted as saying the Cayman Islands is a place where people hide money. That is Ryan's words. He's now on the ticket with a man who has Cayman accounts.
Paul "Lyin" Ryan is quoted as saying one of his biggest influences is Ayan Rand. When it was brought to his attention that Ayn Rand was a communist, he retracted his well known allegiance to Rand's philosophies. "Lyin" Ryan also was quoted as describing Social Security as "collectivists". He later retracted this comment. Note : Rmoney is refusing to release his '09 tax returns because it may indicate he took advantage of an amnesty program that exempted filers from criminal charges if they possessed off-shore accounts. They had to pay 20% of the highest account. Quality people, I tell ya. How can Rmoney have policies when nothing is even written on a post-it notes??? |

Well, policies generally apply to the people in office as opposed to candidates. But if you actually want to know what his "policies" are/will be, they are clearly and succinctly posted on his website. It's an easy read, really.

Would have raised Mitt's stock and potential a lot if he had just joined the Choom Gang in high school. Or maybe if he had diverted down the path of "organizing" as a profession.
Of course Nobama has an advantage when it comes to gaining an understanding of him, having locked down all his records. But, he's pretty and says "folks" a lot so there you are--good enough for discerning Americans. |

Here we are in another election cycle where we are forced to vote between the lesser of two evils. Election day is not too far off and I have yet to decide as to which candidate I will vote for.
Anyone else in this boat? It's not easy, especially when you loathe both candidates as much as I do.

More bad news for Rmoney......
With less than six weeks until Election Day, President Obama has opened up significant leads over Mitt Romney in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida, according to a new Quinnipiac University/CBS News/New York Times poll of likely voters.
Mr. Obama holds a 10-point lead in Ohio among those who say they will definitely vote, a lead propelled by a 25-point advantage among women. Romney holds an 8-point lead among men. The president holds a 35-point edge among voters under 35 years old, and a 5-point lead among those ages 35-64; the two candidates are effectively tied among Ohio seniors. Sixty-two percent of Ohio likely voters say the auto bailout, which had a significant impact on the state's economy, was a success, while just 30 percent say it was a failure. http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-250_162-...-swing-states/ |

![]() C'mon, they asked the very folks in Ohio who directly benefit from this (auto workers, and restaurant staff who feed those workers, etc. ) I'm guessing these people are not looking big picture, or considering the opportunity cost of tying up all that bailout money. Instead of enabling GM to start cranking out Volts that they lose more than 50 grand per car on, could that have been used to boost the GDP even more spent elsewhere. |
