At the PDC for a 2-Day M School and noticed these guys hanging out. Apparently they were here for some press drives. M4 in Sakhir Orange. M3 in Austin Yellow and Alpine White.

Rear tires on the AW M3…toast. I tried to get a good pic of the driver seat with the cloth, but with the windows closed and the way the lighting was, it just washed out.

Weird noise to begin with. No word of a lie, I laughed out loud when trying to define it – all I could think was ‘mapped 335d’. It’s less musical, lower frequency and less clearly straight-six than the M235i I’m currently driving. In the today print issue of AMS (Auto Motor Sport) is an track driving review of the MotoGP M4 on Losail Circuit in Qatar. They also claimed the S55 as not so sharply throttle responsive as the old S65, but because of the overall performance this doesn´t matter much, there is enough power out of the engine and with the Akrapovic Performance Exhaust it sounds like an/the V8.
