Congrats to site member Cyba on the delivery of his F10 M5 in Taiwan. Wasting no time at all in modifying his Alpine White M5, it’s already been fitted with HRE wheels (lowered on H&R springs) and Akrapovic exhaust system.
The white M5 is a perfect addition to an already beastly garage – joining Cyba’s Nissan GT-R and Ferrari 458.
If you recall, September 1,2012 was the European Delivery kickoff day which saw an epic 24 M5s delivered [see our journal thread]. That was just on a single day and many more M5s continued to be delivered in the next three days until the date of the M Studio reception event.

The final race of the 2012 DTM race season took place on October 21, 2012 at the Hockenheim Ring. Early morning that day, four of ///M Flight members set off on a 1.5hr trip from Kaiserslautern to Hockenheim Ring. The trip was courtesy of Akrapovic.

For the past week, the BMW Performance Center offered a BMW Performance Driving School event at the legendary Lime Rock Park, featuring the all new F10 M5, the E92 M3 coupe and the 1M coupe.

Taking after the Nurburgring M5 Ring Taxi, the Norwegian track Rudskogen has also purchased and prepped a 2013 F10 M5 to serve as its official track car. First modifications have been made to the interior – in the form of a rollcage and Recaro seats all around.
Next up will be the brakes and suspension.
Studie AG has also gotten their hands on the F10 M5 and begun work fitting multiple wheels and parts onto their project M5.
The car has been lowered on KW Clubsport suspension and test fitted with 20″ Advan Racing GT, 21″ Advan AVS Model F15, 21″ AC Schnitzer Type VIII, and the full AC Schnitzer aero kit.
Great news for those M5 and M6 owners affected by the faulty oil pump recall. Less than two weeks after the recall was announced, the first oil pump replacements are underway and completed. The first M5POST member has just shared that his replacement pump is in and his M6 already on its way back to him.
EAS has dynoed a 2013 M6 DCT coupe. The M6 with its S63Tu motor is rated from the factory at 560hp / 502 lb-ft torque. This particular M6 put down a max 503hp / 488lb-ft torque (SAE) at the rear wheels. This was achieved on regular 91 octane pump gas and a Dynojet 224xLC.
