BMW releases a new commercial focusing on the mantra for some of the latest current M models (F10 M5, 1M Coupe) and certainly for future models – high performance with efficient dynamics. Being able to have one’s cake and eat it too.
Their official message: Efficient dynamics, high performance, fuel efficiency; you can have it all when you drive a BMW M. Some people say it’s having your cake and eating it too. We say, it’s The Ultimate Driving Machine
BMW had a 40 Years of M display for all to see at the Ringwerk during the 24 Hours Nurburgring race weekend. On display was a gorgeous Moonstone Metallic Individual F10 M5 (with Champagne Merino Individual itnerior) and Citrin Black Individual F12 M6 convertible, along with X5M / X6M, an M3, and an M1.
The 24 Hours Nurburgring race was run last week and we bring you our photo coverage (by moderator Dackelone) from the event, showing the various sights and experiences to be had at the weekend long event, which is also a party and celebration in addition to the actual race.
Many M Flight members had the opportunity to attend the 2012 M Festival at the Nurburgring during the 24hr Race (18-20 May 2012), which celebrated BMW M’s 40th anniversary.
The first day started out for the group at Pentagon Car Sales in Ramstein-Miesenbach, which they set out from for the Nurburgring. BMWUSA.com has added the “Explore” M5 and M6 sections to its website. Along with the new sections chock full of M5/M6 media and information, the F10 M5 Build Your Own configurator has come back online (after a couple weeks outage) and the F13 M6 Coupe configurator is online for the first time.
