It’s been nearly 4 months since the all new 2013 M6 convertible was spotted, but it’s appeared yet again, and in the most unlikely time and place possible – Northern Sweden in the dead of winter. Gerald Alvarez has rendered yet another stunner, this time of the 2012 M6 convertible based on recently released official photos of the F12 6 series convertible. This one shows off the potential M trim interior more than external styling.
G-Power has released its BMW M6 Hurricane RR which they claim to be the world’s fastest 4-seater coupe. Its V10 produces a whopping 800 PS (789 bhp) and reaches a top speed of more than 370 kph (230 mph). G-Power uses the record-setting engine already found in the M5 Hurricane RR to get more power out of the M6.
The M Owners Club of Indonesia participated in an Indonesia-wide Performance Day European Sports Car II event last weekend, where BMW M cars gathered and ran with other M cars, Porsches, and Ferraris at the Sentul International Race Track. Check out the huge photo set inside.

Here are our latest spy photos of the 2012 M6 Coupe (F12) and Convertible (F13). The coupe is showing a camouflaged front bumper but the production wheel design, and the convertible is not yet testing with its production bumper. The coupe will look essentially like the 6-series coupe concept debuted at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, albeit with M body styling and other bits.

BMW has announced the end of production for the E63 M6 coupe and convertibles. 14,152 M6 coupes were built in total, which began production in 2005 and 5,065 convertibles were built from 2006 on. The next generation F12/F13 M6 will continue to share the engine and drivetrain with the F10 M5, and is expected to make its world public debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.

This past weekend over 170 BMWs attended one of Washington state’s largest BMW events – the BMW CCA M-Car Day. TONS of photos inside by Johnny Lin. Plenty of eye candy for fans of all BMW M generations.
The 2012 M6 (F12) has now been spotted with its production bumper for the first time. Spotted at the Nurburgring, this M6 prototype wears its M bumper, as well as showing its LED lights in action. We believe that the shape of the bumper camouflage may be intentionally deceiving and that the bumper fins will slant outwards just as seen on the M5 prototype.

This past weekend, BMW opened the doors to its very first BMW M division dealership in the world – in Singapore. The complex is a showroom, dealership, and workshop exclusively for M cars.
A must see for all ///M fans, this video provides a unique look into M Headquarters where prototypes are built and tested, M Design Studio responsible for designs, the M engine factory, and the M Test Center at the Nurburgring, and finally the vehicle assembly plants. We bring you the worlds first peek at the upcoming F12 M6 coupe! The telltale sign here are the quad exhausts. This prototype appears to wear camoflage body panels and the front bumper is that from the standard F12/F13 that weve seen. However, the wheels appear to be upgraded 19" versions with some beautiful high concavity.

We bring you the first ever video of the upcoming BMW M6, captured near the Nurburgring. Though the video is short, it nevertheless provides a dynamic look at the M6, not to mention a listen at the ~600hp V8 twin turbo motor. We hope these wheels are the eventual production wheels as they look terrific in motion!
BMW M division has launched the M Power Drivers Cup and M Power Circuit Training for BMW M owners, each of which lasts two days. Unfortunately for North American M enthusiasts, these two driving events appear to take place only in Germany. Hopefully some of our European members will participate and allow us to enjoy the experience vicariously.
Has BMW M lost its direction? Seem so according to Kay Segler, chief of BMW’s M brand. He has recently let on that the M brand needs to shift directions – to make M young again. Segler’s goal “is to go towards affordability and freshness.” More inside.
