Think the Taiwanese love their F20 1 Series? These pics should answer that question!
I am happy to say todays meet was a complete success. I was blown away by the amount of people there.
This morning (Sunday, Dec. 21) we met in Oyster Bay in LI. The turnout, originally expected to be about 10-15 cars ended up being about 40-50 cars. We had 15 F8Xs show up. Such a great turnout. We had F83, F82, and F80s. We also had a couple GTRs and 507 C63 crash the party.

Well… for the last few years, every summer – some of us Euro 1Addicts have met for an awesome driving tour experience. One that we will never forget! These five crazy Russians drove some 5,000 plus kms to go to a car show! Not any car show, but our BMW United 5.0 car show. Otherwise known at Welt 5.0.
For the last five years every spring we hold a car show in front of the BMW Welt. The organizers of this car show are known at the Munich Stammtisch. We are basically a small group of BMW car lovers(1er’s/2er’s & 3er’s). Each year the show gets bigger and bigger! Last year … CONTINUED
Every year some friends of mine (Team Orga) organize a BMW 1er and 3er car show. In past years we always held the show(s) at the BMW Welt. But last year we simply outgrew that parking lot. So this year’s show was held at a much larger parking lot. Metro is kind of the German version of Price Club.
We even had some crazy BMW lovers(nuts) come all the way from Moscow, Russia! Some 5K kms one way! Now that’s some RESPECT! … CONTINUED
SIGFest is the annual meeting of the members of the E30 M3 Special Interest Group. This year marks the 15th SIGFest gathering and could not have been held at a better venue, BMW of North America. BMW NA was kind enough to open their doors and extensive property to some of the most dedicated automotive enthusiasts that I have ever met. The excitement in the air was palpable. Some of the most pristine E30 M3s on the East Coast juxtaposed by BMW’s newest offerings, … CONTINUED
It was streets ahead of its time at launch and maintains an ageless glow to this day, yet a glance at the calendar reveals the disarming truth: 25 years have passed since the BMW 8 Series was presented to the world at large for the first time. The car’s international fan community duly came together last weekend at its Bavarian birthplace to celebrate the anniversary, with events including a spectacular parade of 120 cars at the BMW Group headquarters highlighting their collective adoration of … CONTINUED
