The camo has been steadily dropping from the upcoming MINI Coupe, not that the camo is needed, given the fact that the car was already shown off in “concept” form. However the fact that the camo is coming off on street evaluation models tells us that we are getting closer and closer to the release of the production model. In fact BMW has confirmed that the car will arrive by the end of the year!
With that said, what is a MINI without a hotted up JCW … CONTINUED

Here are some really nice high quality high resolution wallpaper style photos of the new MINI Countryman done by AC Schnitzer. AC Schnitzer is of course known best for their wheels, and for the Countryman, ACS has chose to go with a 19″ wheel setup, the first time a wheel larger then 18″ has been used on a MINI of any kind.
After having seen the Countryman at the Paris Autoshow, I fell in love with the car. Its a car that needs to be seen in person to truly appreciate. It seems that MINI owners are also seeing the light, as we present to you yet another countryman that has made its way into an owners hands. This time in light white. Check it out!
The first MINIFORUM owner to take delivery of his Countryman so far is polojankins. His particular example is a beautifully setup black on black number that has me loving this Countryman more and more. I was lucky enough to see this car in the metal back at the Paris autoshow, and in person its a perfectly proportioned car, true to the MINI brand. But now in black, it adds an extra bit of ‘mean’ to the traditionally happy MINI brand. Congrats polojankins!… CONTINUED
Taking a quick aside to the MINI stand, we find the MINI Paceman concept car, a two door version of the Countryman which BMW would ideally position relative to the Countryman in the same way that the X6 is positioned to the X5. Not half bad.

The paceman is more sporty compared to its countryman counterpart not only by the loss of two doors, but the car has a 20mm lower roofline and runs on 19″ wheels.
According to Motoringfile, there are as yet … CONTINUED
The TUNE IT! SAFE! initiative by the Verband Deutscher Automobil Tuner e.V. (VDAT)

high demands of tuning fans and maximum safety standards.
The campaign, supported by the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development,
shows that the yearning for individualisation can continue to be met in the future.
