Okayama, 1st November 2009. Andy Priaulx (GB) and Augusto Farfus (BR) scored wins for BMW in rounds 21 and 22 of the FIA World Touring Car Championship. Both races in Okayama (JP) were held in the wet, and Priaulx claimed victory for BMW Team UK in the first one. BMW Team Germany
Tommy Milner and Dirk Müller powered the BMW GT2 to a 1st place finish at the first round of the Asian Le Mans Series. This win marks the second 1st place finish for the BMW GT2, which previously won the ALMS race in Road America.

Qadbak Investments, Ltd, a swiss-based foundation which represents the private interests of Middle Eastern and European based families will purchase the Sauber F1 team. The contrast was officially signed today after BMW felt comfortable that the team would be financially taken care of by the new owners. BMW has wished the team every success and so do we!
