We don’t often see the X5 in Individual color, so this one’s a treat. Of course it helps that the color is so gorgeous. Here’s an X5 in Azurite Black Individual. It’s also been spec’d with:
Soft close doors
21″ 310M wheels
M Performance brakes
Alcantara roof liner
6WB LCD instrument cluster
M Sport grills
Another F80 M3 European Delivery journal, this time of a Silverstone M3.
Today in the ETK (Electronic Parts Catalog, as the Germans say: Electronik Teile Katalog) an interesting thing popped up! Looks like BMW AG will offer GoPro mounts in the near future. I say near future because while these two mounts are shown in the ETK, the part numbers are not. That comes later. So for now this is confirmation that BMW will offer special BMW specific GoPro mounts.
First looks at the F80 M3 in Individual Grigio Telesto, a factory Lamborghini color.
Its a difficult decision, but I go i8 in the end..
This F80 M3 gets a gorgeous satin white vinyl makeover.
The aftermarket never seems to let factory limitations stop it. Some folks in China and Russia managed to fit the LCD gauge panel from either the 5 or 7 series into the F30 3 series.
The one-millionth vehicle, a BMW 3 Series Sedan, rolled off the assembly line at BMW’s South African manufacturing plant in Rosslyn, Pretoria, earlier today. If you were watching the oscar’s this past weekend, the jovial director of “Birdman”, Alejandro González Iñárritu, took home an oscar for Best Director and movie also won awards for Best Original Screenplay and Best Picture. Quite a feat.
But for us BMW fans, you may also remember a small little game changer called BMW Films: The Hire, starring Clive Owen. Well each short film was directed by a different director, each of amazing talents in their own right.
Alejandro González Iñárritu’s contribution was … CONTINUED
Car and Driver magazine recently took the BMW i8 on a road test through the famed Angeles Crest Highway, a nearby canyon road in the Los Angeles area. This is one of the slightly removed canyon areas that car enthusiasts go to blow off some steam and take in the joys of tight curves on the side of a cliff. On a good weekend you can see a nice collection of drivers’ cars going up and down this pass, especially BMWs. So why not … CONTINUED
We’ve spotted the M2 prototype on the road on a couple of occasions. Here’s what we saw.
This is one of the better European Delivery journals we’ve had the pleasure of seeing our members posted, so follow along this continuing journal currently in progress as jboost002 shares some great updates with us.
BMW intends to break into yet another segment when it brings the 1 Series Sport Cross (a possible likely name) to market in 2018, according to Automobile.
What is it? It’s been referred to as the “XCite” and carries an internal designation of NEC (New Entry Crossover). It’s basically a tweener vehicle the likes of the Nissan Juke and Citroen C4 Cactus Evoque – not quite 1 Series and not quite X1.
As for looks? The design is reportedly still being finalized, but the proposals are … CONTINUED
