This is the first customer F10 535i in black sapphire that we have seen. The car belongs to lucky owner TitangrauII530iA, who provides these photos. The F10 looks amazingly sleek in black, particularly with its shadowline (black) window trim.

As promised, here is the first ever video of the BMW M1 production body test car hotlapping the Nurburgring, as well as footage from near the track. The M1 looks fast and very firmly planted around the turns, with minimal bodyroll, as well as sounding terrific! Not enough? We will bring you more tomorrow!
These are the first photos of the BMW M1 prototype with production body performing hotlap testing on the Nurburgring in extensive chassis and handling. Previously, weve only seen the red prototype running on the track. We will have a video for you later this afternoon, so stay tuned!

We bring you the first ever video of the upcoming 2011 BMW X3 (Chassis: F25) in prototype form, testing on the streets of Germany. The video gives us some nice size and shape perspective against other cars on the road and we can clearly see the front bumper design, grills, and headlamp shape, as well as the profile shape, and side windows.
Production of the new X3 is to be moved to South Carolina in the newly expanded plant alongside the other X vehicles.
The car itself is built upon a shared platform with the next generation 3-series (F30) and since the X3 will be released before the next generation 3-series it will … CONTINUED
On April 10th the M3post Mid-Atlantic group went on the 3rd iteration of the now traditional and popular Skyline Run. Skyline Run is a meet and drive event. All European sport cars are welcome and we usually have Porsches, Audis, and Mercedes, but not this time - this time it was all BMWs. We had every M3, the latest M5, one of the rare M Coupes, 335s, 330s, and a Z4. Its not only a great event to see how others modded their cars but to also see how they work when it counts.
We find the absolute best roads the area has to offer with the least amount of traffic. This time we were on back mountain roads the entire drive. The … CONTINUED
NEW YORK – BMW AG is cutting production at its assembly plant in Spartanburg, S.C., because the volcanic eruption in Iceland has disrupted delivery of key parts for two SUVs.
BMW spokesman Jan Ehlen says volcanic ash is grounding planes that bring leather seat covers from South Africa and transmissions from Europe. He says the plant will not stop production, but employees will work shorter shifts until the supply of parts returns to normal.
The Spartanburg plant builds the X5 and X6 SUVs for the German automaker. Spartanburg is BMW’s only assembly plant in the U.S.
Ash from the Icelandic volcano has brought trans-Atlantic flights to a near standstill for five days, stranding travelers and disrupting businesses.
Here are the latest spy shots of the upcoming BMW M5, these photos are hot off the press, taken today! Pirelli and BMW are testing different tire combinations for this car, for which the final setup will be of paramount importance. As always, you can find our complete M5 Spyshots collection here.

The BMW M1 photo with advanced production bodywork was spotted storming the Germany countryside. Sporting the same bodywork as previously seen here, seen is a a more aggressive front end, larger fenders, a trunk-mounted lip spoiler, big alloy wheels and cross-drilled rotors appear.
Jalopnik brings us these new photos of the BMW M5 test prototype spotted out testing. The upcoming M5 will be powered by a twin turbo V8 rumored to produce 578hp.
BMW Performance parts for the X5 and X6 were recently released at the Geneva Autoshow last month. Until now all we had to work on were the live shots taken @ the autoshow itself. Now it seems, BMW is putting out the official wallpapers and photos to go along with more information about these cars and available accesories.
We will update this thread as higher resolution photos become available.
