BMW of North America has announced an average base price increase of 1% for many BMW vehicles sold in the U.S. effective October 1, 2010. The F10 5-series, 5-series GT, ActiveHybrid X6, and ActiveHybrid 7-series not affected by this increase. Pricing for the all-new 2011 BMW X3 will be released in October with vehicles arriving in BMW Center showrooms in late December.

BMW inside Scott26 chimes in on mystery BMW concept, saying that is has no competition and never has there been a car like it. Confirmed is the use of battery power and a 3 cylinder diesel. Exciting times are ahead folks.
As expected, the dontblogaboutthis BMW Mystery Car has a new look. Up until now it has been in a randomly thrown-together looking VED+6-series form. The look we’re looking at is the form that this concept car may take at a possible unveiling at the 2010 Paris Motor Show next week (albeit without the camouflage scheme). It’s been rumored that the car could feature multiple electric engines or 3-cyilnder diesel.
