I came across this video on the BMW website, its an intro to the performance accesorie page. It shows the LCI E90 with wheels and rear M-Tech diffuser I havent seen before and it looks great.

After 7 controversial years, iDrive is now in its second iteration. The system, which is already on the road in the new 7-Series and updated in the 3-Series and 1-Series, will be forthcoming across the entire BMW lineup. BMW is proud of this very fact; that the same system powers all the vehicles in its lineup offering a level of cohesiveness in the brand which is unmatched at this time. BMWs next-generation 6-series has begun testing, as evidenced by
these shots of a prototype caught on German Roads. Somewhat
surprisingly, our first look at the 6-series follow-up is of the drop-
top variant. The prototype appears to wear a combination of
camouflage panels covered in BMWs trademark psychedelic swirl
veneer. Design details are tough to make out through all of the
visual clutter, but it appears that the new 6-er will follow the route
of the second-generation BMW Z4–ditching some of its more
controversial styling elements in favor of a new-found elegance and

BMW is exploring a plan to build what a senior company official calls “a breakthrough green supercar” by the end of 2012.
The new car would rival the Audi R8 and forthcoming Mercedes SLC, and has been described by company insiders as a puristic two-seater that draws on all the very latest BMW technology and lightweight build processes.
The car is also intended to showcase BMWs Efficient Dynamics programme, combining fuel-saving technology such as direct injection, brake energy regeneration and stop-start.

At the Convergence 2008 conference on automotive electronics yesterday, BMW revealed it is looking for partners as it pursues an open-source car computing platform. The German company is enthusiastic about the potential for such an open-source systems potential to keep up with the rapid advances in technology and features in the multimedia and digital entertainment areas.
