We recently published a great review from E90post member Kamando of his 335d M-sport as a highway cruiser. There was however a more important question he had yet to answer: Can the 335d possibly be any fun to drive on the Nürburgring? His answer is a resounding “Hell Yes!” Review inside.

Xbimmers member largehosier provides us this great review (plus photos) of his new X1 2.3d xDrive. The car is everything he hoped it would be, and having owned 9 cars in the past 12 years, he has plenty of comparison. He’s so smitten with it, it’s the first he’ll be keeping long-term (until the X1 facelift that is).

Fifth Gear online has reviewed the F10 5-series and HIGHLY RECOMMENDS the newest 5-series. The folks at Fifth Gear say that the car is brilliant in many ways. It’s a joy to drive with fantastic handling and a much improved ride, and an improved elegant interior.

M is for monster, more specifically, in this case, the Diesel fed Torque kind that dwells in the Bavarian countryside. So says E90post member Kamando who embarked on 1,300 mile journey in his new 335d from the Bavarian farmlands to the beaches of Normandy and back. Two things became readily apparent throughout this trip. The 335d was built for the open road, and torque is your friend. Check out his great review inside.

Well, as some of you may remember, Mr. Clarkson made a point of showing how poorly the BMW SAVs performed off road. BMW shot back quickly with their snow driving youtube videos, but now Clarkson’s own magazine, Top Gear now seems to approve of the off road capabilities of the X6.

Which? consumer test magazine had a chance to test both the F10 535i and 530d. While calling the 530d massively competent and refined, the testers still preferred the 535i, which encouraged a more enthusiastic driving experience. Either way, they felt the F10 stacks up impressively well on performance and refinement against current rivals, including the Mercedes E- class and aging Audi A6.

C&D stacks the BMW 328i convertible up against its 4-seat convertible rivals – the Audi A5, Infiniti G37, and the Lexus IS350C. Despite having the least power of the bunch, the 328i still manages to come out on top, a testament to the car’s BMW driving dynamic and overall feel.

Edmunds recently took the sDrive35is out for a spin and give us their impressions:

Quote:

The 2010 BMW Z4 sDrive35is wants to take its place next to the Audi TT-RS, Mercedes-Benz SLK and Porsche Boxster S/Cayman S, and it has some visual snap to show it.
