Alpina trotted out its upcoming B6 Gran Coupe for some Spring time testing and we’ve caught it fitted with Alpina front lip, trunk wing, wheels and exhaust system. The aero parts remain unpainted and no Alpina rear diffuser/bumper has yet been installed.

For an idea of what the specs may be for the B6 Gran Coupe, the 2013 Alpina B6 Coupe features 540hp / 730nm (538 lb-ft) torque, with a top speed of 334 km/h - based on BMW 4.4L V8 motor. How do those specs stack up against the M6 in the performance department? Check out the Sport Auto comparo results below.

The front lip and rear diffuser are compatible with all F06/F12/F13 M-sport models, but the trunk spoiler only fits the Gran Coupe and Coupe (F06/F13)

Hamann has taken the sleek and classy 6 Series Gran Coupe and added what the tuning company feels are some necessary cosmetic changes for some added aggression. Can’t say that it’s an improvement, but it’s certainly a change.

The Hamann BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe comes with a full body kit including a full front bumper with custom grille and LED DRLs, side skirts, full rear bumper with vents for cooling the brakes, a trunk spoiler, roof spoiler, rear diffuser, and a wild carbon fiber hood.

It rides on 21-inch aluminum alloy wheels and 30-mm lowered suspension system.

Have a peek at the first completely uncovered 2014 M6 Gran Coupe, captured by a daring photographer in a BMW factory. It may only be a side view, but there’s no doubt this is the M6 Gran Coupe.

Its blue M brakes (a new M signature going forward), sideskirts, and mirrors are all evidence this is the M6 Gran Coupe.

What is also seen for the first time on this car are the production wheels, a completely new BMW wheel design.

The latest outing by the upcoming 2014 M6 Gran Coupe (M6GC) leaves little else to be revealed. Not that there were many surprises to be revealed in the first place, as the M6GC was expected to share bodywork and most everything else with the F13 Coupe and F12 Convertible variants, but this prototype shows the sculpted roof (carbon fiber underneath the camouflage, just like 6 Series Coupe) and a set of carbon ceramic brakes for the first time.

The M6 Gran Coupe will arrive as a 2014 model year and see its auto show debut at the 2013 Detroit NAIAS in January 2013 or the 2013 … CONTINUED
