More real life looks at the F30 3 Series against the F32 4 Series Coupe.
As part of a long running campaign led by the Associated of German Vehicle Tuners (VDAT), a special concept car is released every year by tuners to highlight the need to be safe and serious when doing car tuning. This initiative is supported by both the Police and the German Federal Ministry for Transport, Construction and Road Development. The aim of the campaign is to fight against illegal and counterfeit tuning products. A campaign for which AC Schnitzer has been on the forefront, churning out new TUNE IT! SAFE! vehicles every year and even publically destroying a whole slew of seized counterfit AC Schnitzer replica wheels.
This years car is a specially modified 428i Coupe, with AC Schnitzer responsible for most of the work.

Ahead of the 2013 Motorshow Essen, AC Schnitzer has released images and details on their complete program for the new BMW 4-Series Coupe.
The famed Aachen based tuner has given the 4-Series a complete workup, similar to previous offerings for the F30 3-Series.
Starting under the hood, AC Schnitzer performance software upgrades raise power levels as follow: 420i (to 245 hp), 428i (to 294 hp), 435i (to 360 hp), 420d (to 218 hp), 430d (to 309 hp) and 435d (to 360 hp).

This 4 Series Convertible (F33) was spotted in the US (New Jersey), one of the first fully revealed models we have seen.
What’s interesting about this particular car is that it’s a Modern Line 4 Series Convertible (unavailable for the U.S.), as well as sporting an M Sport steering wheel, M shift knob and manual transmission. The 2014 BMW 435i Gran Coupe Order Guide has just been released to U.S. dealers for the ordering of dealer demo launch cars. As before, this list should generally be reflective of what options will be available for customer cars, though it may not be all-inclusive.

The 2014 U.S. models start at $49,675 (428i) and $55,825 (435i) and will arrive in US showrooms in the first quarter of 2014, after making its world debut at the 2013 LA Auto Show next month.
