A statement of heritage - IND works on a BMW Individual F10 M5 in Imola Red, a classic BMW M exclusive color.

Here is a photo set of various BMW Individual M5, M550d and 5 Series seen at the BMW factory owned/run dealership in München, Germany.

The colors seen are Frozen Bronze Metallic, Frozen Blue Metallic, Azurite Black, and a Alpina B5 touring.

Follow this build of a BMW Individual Imola Red F10 M5 as it gets built up by IND in Chicago.

It currently features IND painted side grills, painted front grills, painted reflectors, and Eisenmann 102mm Race Exhaust with cross pipe.

Citrin Black is one of the recommended BMW Individual colors for the F10 M5 and we’ve also discovered that it’s one of the rarer BMW Individual colors ordered as there are not many examples of it on any BMW. Now here’s a shiny new example from M5POST member PeterM5 who just took delivery of this gorgeous Citrin Black 2012 M5.

It’s paired with piano black interior trim and platinum merino leather, making for a beautiful combination.

Congratulations to M5POST member and happy new M5 owner, HHSAM, on the delivery of his F10 M5 in Moonstone Individual, the first such color M5 on the site.

The exterior color is Moonstone Metallic (one of BMW’s recommended Individual colors for the new M5). The interior is Platinum Merino full extended leather and the trim is Auburn Sycamore. The Moonstone Metallic color with its depth and ever changing look in different lights is stunning and even more impressive in person.

This is a Gulf spec M5, so it came standard with all options included.

There are several BMW Individual colors BMW recommends for the M5 F10 (full list below). Among others, these include Amazonite Silver, Champagne Quartz, Azurite Black, and Frozen Grey. US pricing for the 2013 M5 sedan has been announced starting at $90,695 (destination and handling included) and the preliminary options/standard equipment information for the U.S. 2013 M5 has also been posted (info here).

The 2013 M5 will begin production in July and begin deliveries in September. Full ordering guides will be available in less than two weeks and ordering begins the week of April 23. European delivery is available … CONTINUED

BMW has released photos of the 2012 BMW M5 in BMW Individual Frozen Black, a matte black paint finish will be available for order on the F10 M5 at the start of production. Photos inside.

Here’s the very first look at a production Imperial Blue Metallic F10 M5 (although it could also possibly be Azurite Black Individual which is also a dark blue/black color). Imperial Blue Metallic has a beautiful metallic blue hue to it when illuminated and is the darker of the F10 M5 colors. This particular 2012 M5 joined ///M Flight, an M owner’s club in Germany, this past weekend. Club members were given rides in the new monster 560hp M5 and got up to 187mph on the Autobahn!
