A BIMMERPOST / 5POST member was able to sneak a peek at his almost-delivered F10 M5 yesterday. His car was at the dealer pending homologation into Singapore due to it being among the first batch of production F10 M5s. This is the very first frozen gray F10 M5 we have seen, and it will no doubt look even better under proper lighting and picture quality. Writeup and proper photo shoot to come next week, so stay tuned!

We’re not sure why we’re compelled to report the first crashes for each new BMW model, but perhaps it’s to serve as a warning to all our members to always drive with caution, and/or maybe its just a bit of a rubber-necker syndrome.
The first reported F10 M5 crash has unfortunately just occurred today. This M5 is on its way to the BMW dealer at The Hague (BMW Den Haag) for assessment and repairs.
Upon first glance, it appears that only the front end and bumper were damaged, but upon further inspection it seems that there’s also a gash. Hopefully these are mostly cosmetic damages and the car will be back on the road soon. bmw m5 crash accident.
Right now, there are two very interesting BMWs that have either been released or are about to be released. Namely, the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe (just released) and the F12 BMW M6 which is literally on the verge of official release.
And so, speculation has rightly so centered around the possibility of the ultimate BMW M sedan, a combination of the 6 Series GC and the M6, a car to challenge and crush the 2012 Mercedes Benz CLS63 AMG. One wonders if the M6 and M6 Gran Coupe may … CONTINUED
The F10 M5 has officially launched to the Singapore market and BMW held a launch event to mark the occasion. Our members in attendance brings us a few photos from the event, which featured appropriately, a Singapore Grey M5.
Also a neat video of the F10 M5’s S63tu engine’s cams in action, the DCT transmission, and the M5’s suspension/brakes.
No, this isn’t a shot from outside the Leipzig factory where the 1M was manufactured. This is from a Southern California 1ADDICTS meet where no less than 20 1M coupes gathered this past weekend for a meet & greet. No surprise as the SoCal area is likely to have the biggest concentration of 1Ms in any single geographic area in the world. Check out the great photos inside.
The first 1M + 1-series 1addicts Family get together in Australia was held in Sydney, Australia recently at the Dose Espresso cafe on the Northshore. A good turnout from the local and not so local BMW community.
Here is a “Very Blue” BMW F10 M5 professional photoshoot by the always talented and forum member TOMiRRi. Monte Carlo Blue is the official marketing color for the F10 M5 and we have never seen it looking better than in these photos. The desaturated setting in these photos really focuses the viewer on the vibrant and eye catching Monte Carlo Blue M5.
