BMW Australia recently had its 2012 M5 F10 press launch (although one of our Australian members has already taken delivery delivery) and have released this video showing some track footage from the event.

We now have our first Singapore Grey F10 M5 delivery! The car went to lucky M5POST member Aussie F10M. As with all our other new M5 owners so far, he’s hardly able to contain his gushing, but that seems to be the trend with most everyone who experiences the 2012 BMW M5.

AC Schnitzer has revealed its ACS5 M5 Tuning Package ahead of its debut at the 2012 Geneva Motorshow next week. The ACS5 package features both cosmetic and performance enhancements.
The F10 M5′s already potent S63Tu motor receives a power increase (via ECU tune) to 620hp / 790Nm (582lb-ft) torque. The growl coming from the M5 is enhanced via the AC Schnitzer twin sports silencer with valve control, with its chrome tailpipes.
The M5 is lowered on AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit and wheel options are the Type VIII racing and forged alloy rims in 21 inch, Type V forged alloy wheels in 20 inch and Type IV BiColor rims in the same size.

The 2012 M6 coupe and convertible were recently announced and revealed by BMW, but this is the first live public look yet at the M6 coupe in production guise. Even while parked, the M6 and its very aggressive bodywork looks fast!

Exclusive new Limited Edition BMW M3 Coupé and Convertible models are coming to the UK from March this year. These special interpretations of the legendary high-performance 3 Series are available in a strictly limited, and suitably patriotic, colour palette of Imola Red, Mineral White or Santorini Blue.
Just 500 of these models will be built (Coupé and Convertible combined), each one featuring an edition designation laser cut into the trim inlay on the dashboard. Mechanically, the Limited Edition 500 is unchanged over the M3 in technical specification, using the acclaimed 420hp V8 engine, M-specific chassis with either six-speed manual or seven-speed M DCT transmission.

The upcoming flagship M car – the M6 Gran Coupe, has now begun cold weather testing in Sweden.
It will directly challenge the 2012 Mercedes Benz CLS63 AMG by utilizing the best BMW has to offer in terms of quality of materials and powertrain. The M6 Gran Coupe will be powered by the 4.4L twin turbo V8 S63Tu engine, but may very well feature a power bump from the standard M6 coupe and cabrio’s 560hp (maybe in the range of +20hp or so) in order to give it the leading power figure among all M models. Power will be delivered via a standard 7-Speed DCT transmission.
The M6 Gran Coupe’s premiere should come in the second half of this year (in the Fall) we believe.
