Yesterday, we brought you photos of the 4 Series Coupe M Sport in testing, and to that we now add photos of the 428i prototype in FEP stage of testing.

The 428i Coupe and Convertible will be powered by the same 2.0L twin turbo inline 4 (N20 engine) as the F30. The N20 engine has just been named one of the 10 best engines by the 2013 Ward’s 10 Best Engines List.

The F32 4 Series coupe production begins July 2013 for deliveries starting late summer – … CONTINUED

Testing of the upcoming F32 4 Series coupe continues after the reveal of the 4 Series Coupe Concept and it has now advanced to FEP (Final Evaluation Phase) stage, as usually indicated by the sighting of a prototype in production colors.

After the great first look at the F32 production Sport Line model we posted last month, it almost seems we’re going backwards in terms of how revealing this test mule is. But, we also got very lucky with last months very revealing sighting.

But, we do … CONTINUED

We’ve put together some renders of what the BMW M4 Coupe (F82) may look like, starting with the 4 Series Coupe Coupe and incorporating what the M3/M4 prototype spy photos and videos have revealed so far, along with some speculation/imagination.

We’ve given the M4 the 1M+M6 style front bumper spied on the F80 M3 prototypes, but the M4 bumper will likely look somewhat different. We’ve also incorporated the M sideskirts, wide fenders and hood bulge spied in the prototype photos. It may also get double slatted … CONTINUED

We’ve always projected that the successor to the current M3 coupe would be called the M4 coupe, to reflect the fact that the 4 Series coupe was coming. Now, not only has the 4 Series been revealed and confirmed, but Car and Driver claims that BMW has confirmed the switch to the BMW M4 badge for the coupe version of the next M3.

The M4 coupe is designated as the F82 and the M3 sedan as the F80.

It’s been months since we’ve spied any BMW i8 prototype showing any outwardly noticeable changes, but this i8 mule we spied last week finally shows some changes. We’ve also posted some photos below of a previous prototype and concept i8, for comparison.

• Classic Hoffmeister kink has now been revealed.
• Kidney grilles now more visible than ever.
• Sideskirts now match the concept i8.
• Side view mirrors are sportier and extend out further, for a more exotic look.
• Door handles have been deleted from the doors and … CONTINUED

Here are the first fully revealed 2013 BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo (GT) cars! These two 3 Series GT models, in two different trims, were just spied during a BMW video shoot.

The 3 Series GT shares a similar front fascia look to the F30 3 series sedan, and a tail end which, although still a bit ungainly, is somewhat sportier than that on the 5 Series GT. Although the 3 Series GT (F34) shares a similar front end to the 3 Series sedan, design which … CONTINUED

Our latest spy photos of the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe (F36) may not reveal anything new for the exterior [see past spy photos] , but this is the first look at the F36′s interior.

And it looks just like the F30 3 Series interior. But, what’s new is the presence of the iDrive Touch controller. This comes as no surprise as BMW has already announced details for a touch sensitive iDrive controller knob and it’s been previously seen on the 2014 BMW X5 (F15) prototype. … CONTINUED

This just in… we’ve finally spotted the BMW 2 Series! Seen undergoing winter testing in Munich is this 2 Series Convertible (F23) prototype. If you recall from 2006, the very first 1 Series prototype ever spotted was also the convertible version, prior to the coupe model.

What do we see?

To the delight of many F20/F21 1 Series hecklers, even through the camouflage it appears the 2 Series headlights will indeed be sleeker and sportier! A comparison (photo below) against an F20/F21 1 Series prototype at this … CONTINUED
