The first ever BMW 2 Series Coupe will be presented on Oct. 25th. Here is a teaser for the M235i coupe.
Months ago we uncovered much of the M235i by way of a set of very revealing photos (reposted below), but we now show you some more unique looks.
The first image shows the M235i bumper (on the left) compared to the standard 2 Series bumper (on the right). The 2 Series bumper is the same as the one spotted on the standard 2 Series prototype we showed you last week. Both designs look very sporty to us. As our newest photos show, the 2 Series Coupe (F22) sure has grown up from the current 1 Series Coupe (E82). The 3.1 inch gain in overall length and 1.2 inch longer wheelbase (see dimension/specs comparisons) appears to come mostly in the front, elongating the front end and giving the F22 a sleeker look overall. Adding to this effect is the less bulbous greenhouse which features a more raked window and a rear roofline that has been elongated and joins the trunk on a more … CONTINUED
Now that the BMW M235i specs have been revealed, we take a look at how they compare on paper to the M135i hatchback, 435i coupe, 135is and E46 M3. All in all, its specs are very encouraging for those of us clamoring for a return of a E46-type sports coupe/sedan.

We bring you the first live look and listen at the BMW 2 Series Coupe (F22) and Convertible (F23), from cold climate testing in Sweden. Seen and heard in our video are various models, including not limited, to the M235i and 228i models. It’s likely that at least some of the cars here are AWD xDrive models testing performance in the snow.

We’ve previously posted photos of the 2 Series coupe (F22) and convertible (F23) testing, but we’ve not spotted them testing together, giving us a great look at how the two models compare visually.
The F22 coupe seen here is a M235i model judging by the blue M Sport brakes and split dual black exhaust tips (also seen on the M135i upon which the M235i is based).
