Speed Channel recently aired an episode of its Battle of the Supercars which pit the E92 M3 against the Lexus IS-F. The cars competed in 4 different competitions, a 0-100-0 contest, 60-100 race, half-mile acceleration, road course, driven by Paul Tracy and Tanner Foust. Results inside.

The “Green Hell” M3 by IND recently competed in the Redline Time Attack at the Autobahn Country Club, its first taste of serious performance racing after being force fed and fitted with various other racing bits. According to accounts, it performed admirably.
Upon M3post member’s KonigsTiger’s request, Racing Dynamics/RDSport developed a specialized program called “Servizio Clienti Sportivo” (Racing Client Service). The goal was to create as much of a track performer as possible from the stock M3 by reducing weight and increasing power with an NA engine yet retaining some of the daily amenities.
