We bring you the first look at the 2012 M6 cabrio (F13) in testing. Previous M6 sightings have all been of the M6 coupe. This M6 test mule features a cloth top and still wears the bumper from the regular 6-series, but features the signature M quad exhausts, large wheels, and huge brakes. BMW has announced the end of production for the E63 M6 coupe and convertibles. 14,152 M6 coupes were built in total, which began production in 2005 and 5,065 convertibles were built from 2006 on. The next generation F12/F13 M6 will continue to share the engine and drivetrain with the F10 M5, and is expected to make its world public debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.

The 2012 M6 (F12) has now been spotted with its production bumper for the first time. Spotted at the Nurburgring, this M6 prototype wears its M bumper, as well as showing its LED lights in action. We believe that the shape of the bumper camouflage may be intentionally deceiving and that the bumper fins will slant outwards just as seen on the M5 prototype.

We bring you the worlds first peek at the upcoming F12 M6 coupe! The telltale sign here are the quad exhausts. This prototype appears to wear camoflage body panels and the front bumper is that from the standard F12/F13 that weve seen. However, the wheels appear to be upgraded 19" versions with some beautiful high concavity.

Though the video is short, it nevertheless provides a dynamic look at the M6, not to mention a listen at the ~600hp V8 twin turbo motor.
