The tuned X6 M first hits the dyno at PP Performance’s factory. It then hits the quarter mile track and takes on a Mercedes SL65 AMG BLack Series where it shows what a monster its S63 engine is and can be.
Akrapovic has released a feature video showcasing their evolution exhaust system for the F10 M5.
The exhaust manufacturer claims a +10hp, +17Nm (12.5 lb-ft) torque gain, and 12kg (26 pounds) weight saving over the factory exhaust.
The system is claimed to lower the back pressure and gives the M5 more power and torque through the whole range of RPMs while increasing responsiveness. Gains are achieved without removing the catalytic converters.

Italian tuner Romeo Ferraris has announced its tuning program for the F10 M5.
Featuring a ECU software tune and sports exhaust system, it pushes the M5 to 657 PS (648 hp) and 790 Nm (583 lb-ft) torque. That’s +97 PS (96 hp) and 110 Nm (81 lb-ft) increase over the factory M5 power figures.
The sports exhaust system alone (featured in the video below) is claimed to provide a +21 hp and +30 Nm of torque gain.
The 2014 M3 (F80) prototype which was spotted in Los Angeles this past weekend has made its way into the California Mojave Desert’s Death Valley for high temperature testing.
With high temperature testing always comes the removal of some front end camouflage, necessary to increase the prototypes’ air intake and cooling; which makes us the indirect beneficiaries of ever better looks at an exposed front end.

On July 21, 2012 the M Owners Club of Indonesia (MOCI) had their monthly event in Bandung, attended by 20+ M cars – ranging from 1Ms, M3s, E60 & F10 M5s, and M6. Seen at the event were many updates to members’ cars like a CRT front lip on the frozen gray M3, a couple done up 1Ms, and a 12″ ADV.1 on E90 M3. Looking forward for the next event! Although it’s a powerful beast, it’s clear that a stock F10 M5 is no match for the Ferrari 458 on the track. But, how about a tuned M5 with 640hp? The M5 is tuned by PP-Performance to 640HP and 780 NM torque. Goes from 0-100kmh in 3.9 seconds and 310kmh top speed.

BMW tuner Alpha-N has released photos and some specs for their Alpha-N BMW M3 Coupe.
On the power front, a combination of a software ECU tune, a Dinan carbon fiber air intake, carbon fiber airbox cover and air intake snorkels, and an Akrapovic exhaust system manages to add 30hp the M3′s power figure.

Manhart Racing released its first 1M Coupe program last year – the 415 horsepower MH1 Biturbo, but the German tuner is back with an even more potent version – the 465 horsepower MH1 S-Biturbo.
The MH1 S-Bitrubo 1M features what Manhart calls its Stage 3 tuning program. The Stage 3 program bumps the 1M’s power up to 465 hp and 442 ft-lb torque via their ECU software tune, upgraded intercooler, oil cooler, carbon fiber air intake with carbon fiber piping, sports exhaust system, and downpipes.

Kelleners has announced its full F30 3 Series tuning program encompassing both cosmetic and performance upgrades.
On the cosmetic front, the aerodynamics parts include a front spoiler lip (for non M Sport F30), a rear bumper skirt with diffuser (for non M Sport F30), and a trunk spoiler. Kellener’s Hamburg and Berlin wheels are available in 19″ or 20″.
On the performance side, Kelleners offers a quad exhaust system, lowering springs (30mm/1.18in Front, 25mm/0.98in Rear), or coilover suspension which allows lowering of up to 60mm / 2.36in.

The 1M is a rather unique short-run car and apparently its owners think that it calls for a rather unique color, as seen in the several custom colors we’ve already see the 1M coupe in.
This one has been painted in Irie Green, fitted with 10mm spacers in the rear, lowered on Bilstein B16 PSS10 coilover suspension and powered by a lightweight titanium exhaust system.
AC Schnitzer has debuted their BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe tuning program featuring a host of exterior aero parts (front spoiler, a rear bumper diffuser, chrome trim bits), sport exhaust system, big brake kit, wheels, interior upgrades (steering wheel, aluminum pedals, iDrive knob), and ECU software tune good for 355hp in the 640i and 640d.
Sport Auto has released a top speed run video of the Alpina B6 Biturbo, powered by BMW’s 4.4L V8 engine rated at 507HP / 700Nm torque and top speed of 334 km/h. For comparison, the new F12/F13 M6 features 560hp and 680Nm torque with a top speed of 305 km/h.
