Hamann announced that they now have a body kit to go with their tuning programme for the 2009 BMW 7 Series. Details are being kept under wraps for the moment except to say those tyres are running on 22-inch rims. Visually, components like a rear boot spoiler, a rear roof spoiler, four tailpipes and new side skirts can be spotted. The interior shows sporty pedals, and black leather seats and carpets stitched with the Hamann logo.

The new BMW Alpina D3 Bi-Turbo saloon has arrived on UK showroom floors priced at 29,950 GBP when equipped with a manual gearbox and at 31,585 GBP when opted with an automatic transmission. Based on the recently facelifted BMW 3-Series sedan, the Alpina D3 utilizes a modified version of the 123d’s 2.0-liter twin-turbocharged 4-cylinder diesel engine producing an output of 214HP at 4,100 rpm and an M3-beating 450Nm (332 lbs)of torque at 2,000 – 2,500 rpm.

The Alpina B7 is a hotly anticipated new car from Alpina. In fact in will herald the first car from Alpina tackling the all new styling theme from BMW. More images and details of Alpina’s B6 GT3 racer have hit the web, and it looks like despite spending two decades away from motorsports, there are no flies on the leading Bimmer tuning haus.

Based on BMW’s 6-Series coupe, the B6 weighs under 3,000 pounds and gets a supercharged 4.4-liter V8 that gives more than 520 horsepower and 535 pound-feet of torque. Backed by a six-speed X-Trac sequential gearbox, the car is reportedly capable of hitting 62 miles-per-hour in 3.9 seconds en route to a top whack of at least 177 … CONTINUED
