The X1 with M sport package continues its testing. The M sport aero package will consist of an M-sport front bumper, sideskirts, and rear bumper/diffuser. It is expected to be announced officially soon.
The X1 with M-sport package has been spotted during testing again, this time showing the 18″ M-sport wheel option. The BMW X1 M-sport will be officially announced soon according to insiders.

While visiting the famed Nurburgring, our own forum member Dackelone decided to hang around ring side and snap a few photos (you can see his entire Nurburgring trip thread here), and what he cought here is quite interesting.
This looks to be a Deep Sea Blue BMW X1 which was fit with an engine sounding like the new turbo inline 6 cylinder engine from BMW that is making its way through the entire -35i lineup (aka the N55). … CONTINUED

BMW is ramping up for the official release of the X1 onto the market. This past week journalists were invited to test drive the final stage prototype and they commisioned some official photos to be taken during the event. Here are the pictures straight from BMW of the car during the event.

Thanks to Carscoop we have some all new photos of the BMW X1 under half-camoflage. Looks like the car will make its European debut very soon!
BMW X1 should be coming soon. Apparently its out there doing press photo shoots around the world including NYC
Here it is. Looks like the production car is going to be a near identical copy of the ‘concept X1′ that was at the Paris autoshow. Which is a good thing IMO!!

The X1 is set to be nearly identical to the concept X1 already shown with mild changes to the rear taillights. The car will share its platform with the upcoming Mini Crossman SUV and is going to be similar to the RAV4 in size. Expect to see the production version of the X1 at the Frankfurt Autoshow 2009!
Even though it seems unlikely, I kinda hope they bring this car to the states..
