I will be doing eibach V1 front springs only next week and then will be doing a track day shortly after to see how it feels handling wise. The eibach v1's have nearly identical spring rates as the factory front springs and are a very mild drop, so besides the slight change in f-r rake I don't expect it to ride/feel much different. It should naturally give the car a bit more negative camber too as an added bonus.
If it feels off I will end up adding the eibach rears too, but it really doesn't seem necessary since the v1 eibach's only drop the rears 0.2in anyway and also have similar spring rates to factory. I'll keep you all posted.
