Finally had a chance to look at this. Although the last setting in 3005 shows as UNBELEGT in NCD/CAFD Tool, in e-Sys it corresponds to OVERLAYS_CONTROL_PARAMETERS, "this parameter controls which overlay to draw:0X01 -> New iCAM overlays; 0X00: -> Old TRSVC overlays." Default for MY18 is "01"/Aktiv. I assume the overlays are the graphics and text that are superimposed on the camera images, e.g. red/green/yellow guiding lines.
