Connect to Instrument Cluster DKOMBI4, turn on the expert mode which will give you a list of all the coding parameters.
Up top there is a search icon, easiest way is to search for each item change it to aktiv and then hit the back arrow top left to get out of expert mode and then hit the code button.
Code this 3 things to aktiv
SICHT_ABSICHT_ENABLE aktiv
CB_FZG_UMGEBUNG_FAS aktiv
CB_PRESELECT_NAVI_ANSICHT_FZG_UMGEBUNG aktiv
