Reinstall didn’t fix it, nor did uninstall+reboot+reinstall. Both are iPhones. Same OS version, same app version, both on the same wireless connection. Also repoed on cellular. Sorry, I wish I could give you more information. LMK if there’s anything else I can get for troubleshooting.
