BMW Individual (now run by BMW M GmbH) offers owners willing to shell out some extra sheckles a chance to outfit their BMWs with some unique and personalized options, including among other items, exterior colors, interior leathers, and exterior/interior trims.

BMW Individual, BMW’s bespoke optioning program, now has an app for the iPad. The BMW 5 Series will turn the big 30 this year and BMW has a special edition F10 to mark the occassion. The 528i 30th Anniversary Edition has just gone on sale in Japan.
Only 200 of these 528i 30th Anniversary Edition F10s will come off the line. It’s powered by BMW’s inline 6 3.0L motor (not the 4 cylinder turbo N20 motor).

BMW has released photos of the 2012 BMW M5 in BMW Individual Frozen Black, a matte black paint finish will be available for order on the F10 M5 at the start of production. Photos inside.
Here’s the very first look at a production Imperial Blue Metallic F10 M5 (although it could also possibly be Azurite Black Individual which is also a dark blue/black color). Imperial Blue Metallic has a beautiful metallic blue hue to it when illuminated and is the darker of the F10 M5 colors. BMW chose the 6 series to showcase what owners can achieve via the BMW Individual customization program. On display were two stunning 6-series – a white coupe and a black convertible.
The 6 series coupe was painted in Brilliant White Metallic with a mouth dropping Amaro Brown | Black leather interior. The other Individual options spec’d on this car were:

The 3 series coupe and 3 series convertible Edition Exclusive and M Sport Edition made their world premier today, at the 2011 Frankfurt IAA. We take you on a recent tour inside the BMW M Studio – BMW’s showroom/floor where it showcases BMW M, BMW Individual, BMW M-Sport, and BMW Security vehicles, technology, and options. If you remember, this is also where we attended the F10 M5 press reveal earlier this year.

The 2012 M5 (F10) will come in a fairly extensive choice of colors, including some beautiful individual exterior color options. One of the individual exterior color options is Brilliant White Metallic, which we’ve spotted hanging out at BMW M HQ in Garching, Germany.
Besides the individual brilliant white metallic exterior paint, the this M5 also has other individual options, such as the black painted mirrors and wheels. The red leather interior looks great set off against the white and black exterior color scheme.

Attendees at the M Driving Experience at the Salzburg Ring were lucky enough to witness in person two of BMW M’s newest creations – the BMW F10 M5 and the limited edition lightweight M3 CRT.
