Sorry had it un-installed this morning. I think there is a sound clip on youtube. It's not too loud but noticeable. Perfect sounding BOV to me. I heard the HKS one in person and it was too high pitched and loud.

I watched the mechanic take it off and it took about 45 mins. Didn't seem that difficult. Just removing the intake to get to where the stock charge pipe is.
