Amp
Hi guys,
Can some one help me out please? I got an Edge 10\" sub with a built in amp as a present which I would like to fit to my e90 with the basic stereo system. I know I need to tap in to the under seat sub wires to feed the amp using a line out converter but which would be the best/easiest location to tap into these wires? From the head unit or from underneath the floor trim? If its from underneat the floor trim then I would need to feed wires from both sides of the car (each sub) right? Any help would be appreciated. Definitely under the seats. There's a crimp connector under the carpet between the existing subs and the sill trim either side of the car. You could use just 1, but if you plan on running a stereo pair then you're best to tap in to both sides.

Yep, decided to do that in the end. Got it up and running. Sounds great!
