For me it was the looks, I think the interior and exterior looks are a step above the Audi. Also, if you are leasing, the monthly payments shouldn't be that much different since BMW's rates are usually better.

You definitely have to make the best decision for you, and staying with a certain price range is definite deciding factor. Sounds like a test drive is in order to help you make your final choice. Let us know how it goes! !

Most buyers look beyond hp and other figures in the spec sheet, and go with their emotions when selecting the 6'er. It is usually viewed as a reward and an indulgence as opposed to an investment. It is something that you fall in love with at first sight and tell yourself that OMG, this is it. This is what I have been waiting for (at least for the moment), and you just do it. No, there is neither logic nor formula justifying the specs and the price. This is ultimately an emotional decision. If the sight of the car or the notion of owning such a car gets your heart racing, you have already made the decision. This girl's for you. The rest is straightforward.

For me looks are just as important as specs and although I really love the A7/S7 it didn't give me the same feeling as the 6'er or CLS (I used to own a 2012, long story) inside or out. Don't get me wrong, I thought the a7/s7 was really nice and I wanted one but I wanted the 6'er and CLS more.

Thanks guys! Cross shopped the panamera, a/s7, cls550, 550gt, 740i, 550i, cts v, and never once considered the gran coupe(or knew of its existence) until I ran in to one in imola red. I got a "have to have it" feeling, and couldn't ignore it I haven't felt this way about a car purchase in a long time.... Pretty excited, now its time to go buy a double stroller that fits in this car

Ill check on the year but pretty sure it's a 2013 since its 30 days old on the lot. I honestly didn't do any research on this car. It took me 30 min from the time i saw it to driving away in it. Best impulse buy yet!! My last impulse buy was my e63 m6 and that was along the lines of biggest let downs Btw msrp 86500 and I got an instant 12500 discount. I'm guessing these things aren't doing so well for BMW? There's definitely more rational purchases out there
