435 Tuner

I'm looking at a 2014 435i coupe. There is something plugged into the obd port and a couple of wires running from that. What tuner is this?

might be something else. I don't know anything that stays plugged into the obd port, tuners don't work like this for us.. it's likely a scanner type thing.

Probably something like a jb4 tune. Part of the piggyback was an obd2 canbus connector.

Jb4 , please take a picture of the tuner and we can confirm

I will get a pic. I just got the car today. It has the BMS blue filter intake under the hood. This car feels as fast or faster than my MHD 335i.

Cool, Is there a way to tell what stage JB4 this car would be? I haven't checked the downpipe. The only other thing I have noticed is that under boost the fuel gauge turns into a boost gauge.

http://www.burgertuning.com for all the jb4 info. they don't have stages, just tuning maps and they can tell you what you need to know. also yeah, check out what intercooler you have and downpipe.

jb4 stage 2 has 5 cables running from the piggyback while the stage 1 has 1 or 2. Do a visual check under the hood.
