Do you have any restarts?
I just testet mine and I've had like 4 in one minute.

CUST Version: ER169R3
MCU Version: 22.5.14.118

Install was easy and AA seems to be working both wirelessly and via USB.
The problem I'm having is aspect ratio in Autolink and HDMI input. It seems that this display is wider than 16:9 and is therefore stretching the video horizontally. AA aspect ratio is not an issue. I have tried adjusting top, and left scrap in Carplay settings but they only effect the AA screen. Road Top support has been very good with other issues but they haven't addressed this one yet. I am just wondering if any of the other units have this issue as well.

There is a new update for Andream BMW CIC, NBT and EVO MMI's (1.6.13)

It allows you to use bluetooth in stead of AUX. Saves a lot of install work for CIC mmi's and sound quality is better.

Can be downloaded from here:
https://102435.sharepoint.com/:f:/s/...960Xw?e=1QRsGy

Update at own risk, As far as I know, only works on 1.5.x and 1.6.x version numbers.

Only known problem is that Siri's reply volume is very low.

I have not had any restarts to speak of. Seems to be pretty solid.

Road Top says they can't fix the aspect ratio problem I'm having with HDMI and Autolink. Has anyone tried these modes on the Andream or Bimmertech units?

Same question regarding 1&2.

And Unfortunately it still doesn‘t solve the issue that siri is not properly working when pushing the steering wheel „voice button“

Panning in Google Maps

Does anyone know how to pan the Google Maps in AA with the iDrive controller (or any way for that matter)? I can zoom by turning the wheel but left, right, up, down do not pan.

Hi, just want to be sure, I currently have this version:
Name: IMG_9454.jpeg

Would I be able to update to 1.6.13? I've read that the update sequence is important. Thanks!

Has anyone tried this or know if it should work on the Road Top EVO MMI?

Sorry to ask this question again but I'm about to pull the trigger and finally buy an mmi box, but does the nbt Evo version require a micro phone harness? I keep hearing mixed info about this.

Hey, I installed my mmi box to my evo system today. You don't need the mic / aux harness for sound and speech.

Thanks!

So I'm assuming it gets microphone input from the quad locks?

Also did your mmi kit come with a microphone cable?

I don't investigate the microphone function yet. Maybe someone else can answer that question.

My mmi kit from andream-eu comes without a microphone cable.
It contained Power Cable, Wifi Antenna, AV Cable & LVDS Cable.

I have the same issue with my Pixel 7, it's definitely a phone issue though as my wife's Samsung works fine. I found that resetting the network settings on the phone and pairing again has helped, now I only see this issue once or twice a month

I also have a Pixel 7 and was having connection issues. I think I figured out that it was my Pixel watch that was causing the problem. Turning off Phone Calls in the watch Bluetooth setting on the phone seems to have fixed it.

Hello Folks,
I bought and installed the Andream MMI Carplay for my 2011 535i.
https://www.android-car-dvd.com/coll...ew-bmcp-nbt01a

For context, my car came with the the CIC system (Bluetooth only for calls, not music).

My problem is that everything works, but when calls come in, I can hear the other party through the MMI System and car speakers, but the other party cannot hear me unless I change to speakerphone on my iPhone and then speak directly into the cellphone. Quite a pain.

I've reached out to Andream but they keep telling me about sending a video showing that I have connected the fibre-optic cable and turned of OEM Bluetooth. Not helpful as fibre optic cable feeds audio out of the head unit, not in.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you have the MOST fiber optic cables, you need to transfer them into the MMI quadlock connector, or you will have audio issues.

I followed all the steps in the installation video -- including transferring the fiber optic cable. Is there any other way I could test this? I would not want to disassemble my entire dashboard just to check this.
