Great pics but I can't imagine bringing our girl down to Dallas for a shoot. The 115 degree heat last Aug when we were there wouldn't work...lol.

Aww, I love that bi-colored eye

Yeah, Bruce is not fond of the heat here, but we do have winters here in North Texas (although short). That pic of him was taken a couple winters ago when we had almost 2 feet of snow. He was pleased to say the least

I spent about 2 years with this as my full-time job but eventually went back into advertising (I'm a Sr Art Director at an ad agency). Photography was starting to feel more like "work" and I didn't want to get burnt out on it, so now I do mostly commercial work (I also sell stock on Getty). This keeps it more of a hobby and keeps me from getting bored

Gear-wise, I am a Canon shooter. I mostly use the 5DMkII but occasionally I'll break out the 7D body. I use a bunch of wide angle lenses, my favorites being the Canon 16-35 L, 24-70 L and the Tokina 16-28. I also use Ring Flash for most of my studio work. I'm a big fan of the Orbis Ring Flash.
