I actually called BMW NA today on this, and they told me that if an exclusion is not listed on the Maintenance Program page, then it is covered.

@Divexxtreme has to be extremely insecure!! His signature block includes over 15 cars and they have their penis size - I mean hp - listed too!! Are we supposed to be impressed?

Well, in the replies under the article, member "AK 47" says the CCB's aren't included in the maintenance for the 1st year, but are covered after that. I choose to believe him. I don't know, I just somehow trust him...

Dealer just called me again. They verified with the service manager that the exclusion is indeed written in the maintenance agreement. Therefore, according to my dealer, CCBs are absolutely not covered.

I list my cars so other enthusiasts know what cars I've owned and what experience I have with other makes and models. When you post across a lot of car forums, it matters. That said, no one should be ever 'impressed' by cars. They're only cars, nothing more.

Also, it's actually never occurred to me that any person could or would relate penis size to cars, or penis size to HP levels, but if you constantly have penis on your mind, I'm fine with that. I'm straight, but I have no personal issues with your sexuality.

Yes, words like "champ" and "sally" and "exxtreme" (that's part of your name btw, don't know if you caught that) are really hurtful and I'm sorry for the trauma I have caused.

PS: according to your logic, I shouldn't post in the F8X forums (or any forums outside of 1addicts) either

This is true because they are supposed to last longer than the car will so if you wear them out while under warranty you were doing something crazy

No feelings hurt here. I'm simply saying that when you claim that I have my panties in bunch, remember that the only name calling in this thread has come from you.

Also, feel free to post wherever you want, but also understand that you may get replies that you don't like, depending on what you say and how you come across.

I'm getting the impression a lot of you guys are new to this whole car forum thing, and I probably need to be a bit more empathetic to that.

You've owned some impressive cars. Must've been a lot of hard work and money... Respect!

Thanks! I'm actually tired of the highly-modded car thing at this point and simply want a fun car that I can enjoy with little to no modifications. Once I heard the M3/4 was coming with turbos (i.e., torque), I knew I was interested. I went back and forth between the M4 and another 911TT, but the cost/benefit factor of the M cars is very hard to ignore.

Thanks, brother! I feel fortunate to have had the chance to have owned them.

Likewise. You know how you can tell how long you've been part of a car forum? The thickness of your skin.

If words like sally and champ get under your skin, it doesn't appear to be very think now.

Name calling doesn't get under my skin. However, hypocrisy and ignorance do.

That was an analogy - some men brag about their equipment, you brag about your horsepower. Had nothing to do with relating penis size to cars. Ignorant. I am straight as well and do not see where my comment had anything to do with sexuality preference. You are indeed weird!!

You're the one who clearly had penis on his mind earlier, and you're calling me weird?

Okay.

That's actually me, and as anyone on this forum knows, I am a veritable font of wisdom and veritas.

Indeed, a most impressive list of cars. It seems you never hold on to them for long, though (unless, of course, those are all in your garage right now, in which case ). I never understood how people could swap cars like condoms, especially sports cars. I could maybe see it for a pure commuter car, but I get super attached to my performance vehicles.

Correct. I don't hold on to them. I'm down to three right now, and soon will be down to two. I basically want to drive as many cars that I like (and can afford) while I'm still able to enjoy them. I've regretted selling a few of them over the years, but got over it quickly enough.

I'm already thinking that I 'may' trade the M4 in for a C7 Z06 when they are available, but even if that were to happen, I'd be happy to have experienced the M4, even if only for a little while.
